NOVEMBER
Join us for a festive wreath making evening at St Mungo’s Church! This limited ticket event is perfect for crafting beautiful seasonal wreaths with a friend. Tickets are sold as double-tickets (£30 per pair)

DECEMBER
Sunday 7 December
Advent Worship
Join us at 6:30pm in Balerno Parish Church for an evening of advent worship. This service will combine modern worship and traditional carols as we look ahead to coming of Jesus the King. You can watch last years service here.

Thursday 11 December
Coffee Shop Carols
Join us at 7:30pm in Trail Bean Coffee shop, Livingston for a night of live music, festive drinks, and plenty of Christmas singing. They’ll be a mix of well known Christmas hits and traditional carols. This is a ticketed event. Tickets cost £5pp and can be purchased through eventbrite.

Livingston Carol Service
Come join us at 7pm at St Margaret's Academy for a festive evening filled with carols, readings form the Bible and a short talk about the meaning of Christmas.

Beer & Carols
Join us at 7:30pm in Balerno Bowling Club, for a night of live music, bowling club bar, and plenty of Christmas singing. They’ll be a mix of well known Christmas hits and traditional carols. This is a ticketed event. Tickets cost £5pp and can be purchased through eventbrite.

Wednesday 24 December
Balerno Nativity Walk
Join us for the Balerno Nativity Walk on Wednesday, December 24, starting at The Mill Cafe, Balerno.
Bring your friends and family along to experience the story of the birth of Jesus come to life. As we walk through the village, we'll encounter familiar characters as they tell us about their experience of that first Christmas.
We'll finish the walk at St Mungo's Church building, Ladycroft, where we'll have hot chocolate together.
This event promises to be a memorable experience for all ages, but we think it is particularly suitable for those in upper Pre-school and Primary school.

Livingston Nativity Walk

Balerno Watch Night Service
We'll gather together from 11:00 PM in Ladycroft, our church building, for mulled wine and warm mince pies and then at 11:30 PM, our traditional liturgical service will start. We will sing carols, reflect on the word of God through a short talk, and share communion together.

Family Christmas Celebration
Come join us at 10:30am at Balerno High School or 10:30am at St Margaret’s Academy, Livingston for a festive celebration filled with carols, readings from the Bible, interactive games and a short talk about the meaning of Christmas.

Friday 26 December
Boxing Day Big Night In
Join us on Boxing day at 6pm in Ladycroft, our church building, for food and games. We’ll have baked potatoes with various toppings, plus plenty of puddings as we spend time hanging out together as church family.

Christmas Day Celebration
