Malcolm Round
is the Rector of St Mungo’s, and as such oversees all the activities of the church, though many are delegated to the staff team and to a wider leadership within the church. He also has a role in networking with local and national churches.
 
Richard McArthur
is the Senior Associate Minister and has a particular role in adult evangelism (through running Alpha and First Sunday services) and discipleship and pastoral care of new Christians. He also takes a lead role in overseeing our World Mission partnerships.
 
Andrew Bennett
is the Associate Minister with responsibility for leading the work with children and young people under the age of 18. This includes the Sunday and midweek activities and weekends away. He also runs the Schools ministry and works with the Scripture Union groups in Balerno schools

Andrea Wigglesworth

is called to "Heal the Broken Heart and Set the Captives Free" and has a desire to train and equip others both in St Mungo's and in the wider Church in Scotland and Ireland. In her role as Director of Counselling she is beginning to plant a "Wellness Centre" as an outreach service for the local community. In this centre themes of "Restoring the Soul" will be explored along with "Restoring Couples" , "Restoring Marriages, and Families" and Restoring Vision and Dream. She is a Certified Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor and is also an Imago Therapist. She has a burden to help others to lead a "Resilient Life" and find the transformed life God intended us all to have.

Derek Thomson

is the operations manager - working two days a week flexibly over the week.  he is overseeing the establishing of staff office and counselling preemies within the local area.  He also oversees the smooth running of all areas of church life.

 

Kate Yates
is the Church Administrator, so she is in charge of all the bookings for the church, the administration of the services in Balerno High School, rotas, information distribution and will generally know the answer when no one else does! She is also Vestry Secretary and Personal Assistant to Malcolm.
 
Lesley Penny
is Worship Director and one of the teaching team at St Mungo’s. She is also involved in directing the worship at CLAN Gathering. Her passion is to encourage the Church in Scotland to find its own voice in worship and she loves to teach and help other churches develop sung worship.
 
Pat Banfill
is Pastoral Assistant whose role includes the identification of personal development needs and putting on courses and workshops to meet those needs, working with individuals, couples and families who are facing  particular challenges or difficulties
   
Bill Thompson
Bill is a full time Pastoral Worker who meets with men on a one to one basis and works with couples, too. He oversees our links with our Social Action partners, in particular Holy Trinity (Wester Hailes), and Bethany Christian Trust.  He also leads the recently launched Men’s Ministry in St Mungo’s. Bill has other management responsibilities including Health and Safety and Disability.
Alison Wilson
Alison is the Finance Manager and keeps an oversight of the St Mungo's accounting team.
Clare Gardner
Leads the Children's Ministry at St Mungo's
 

Wendy Brown

is a full-time Administrator.  She works 2 days a week for Andrew Bennett, assisting with youth work administration covering a variety of areas including youth events, day to day youth activities, processing Disclosure Applications for all volunteers, young adult work and crèche.  She works 1.5 days a week for Clare Gardner, assisting with children’s ministry administration.  The remainder of her time is taken up with general reception/admin duties for Woodcroft and assisting Richard McArthur, Alison Wilson and Andrea Wigglesworth where required.

 

Charis Scott is the Youth work Assistant and works three days a week.
