The children are grouped into 3 age bandings CLIMBERS Nursery age (pre school/post crèche) 3 and 4 years
Children begin the session with an initial activity time where they are able to enjoy a wide range of play activities, designed to help them settle in a welcoming and safe environment. They enjoy large group teaching and worship and move into smaller groups to pray and explore what they have been learning through craft and games. ADVENTURERS Primary 1-3 5-7 years Children are under the care of designated small group leaders. Small group activities encourage friendships and relationship building; prayer is developed and encouragement given to applying what is being discovered and learned each week. They enjoy participating in large group teaching and worship activities. EXPLORERS Primary 4-7 8-12 years Children are under the care of designated small group leaders. Small group activities encourage friendships and relationship building; prayer is developed and encouragement given to applying what is being discovered and learned each week. Children enjoy large group teaching and worship activities, and have opportunities to develop gifts in writing, presenting and leading prayers, raps, drama and worship. Clear directions on where to go are given either by helpers or notice boards.
