The Freedom in Christ Course 2012 As Christians we know that Jesus Christ died to set us free from sin, death and the devil, but sometimes it does not feel like it. Many of us sense that we have not reached our full potential, some feel ‘stuck’ in habitual sin, negative thoughts, fears, unforgiveness or condemnation, others are simply bogged down by ‘the cares of life’. Listening with the Heart This course offers training in communication and basic counselling skills and gives a framework for people wishing to begin a journey into counselling others. It is suitable for anyone who is involved in Pastoral Care or the helping professions, as well as for those who are thinking of becoming a counsellor professionally. The course is in two parts and will be held on 22-24 Nov 2012 and 24-26 Jan 2013 and please note this course is now being held at Queens Park Baptist Church in Glasgow.
