24 Hours of Prayer and Worship – Report

The prayer and worship event ran on 18 and 19 June, the event started at 10pm on the Friday with a worship time where God met with us and stayed with us right through to the end at 10.15pm on the Saturday!

There was a lovely tangible peace in the prayer rooms and God really broke through in peoples lives and situations.  There were times of loud worship and other times of quiet prayerful contemplation.

We’d like to thank all to came and supported the event, especially those who did the night hours, you know who you are, thanks!

Some quotes from people to came and prayed at the event…

“It really felt like a time set apart to wait on God, only to find Him already waiting for us!  I loved that prayer and worship were inseparable, whether that worship was sung or written or through artwork, leading to some tender moments of healing. Wonderful!”

“It was great to sense God’s presence and leading in the worship slots

The way things were set out in the other rooms provided a good variety of prayer focuses”

“Excellent”

“Good atmosphere and sense of community with the church”

“A blessed time to spend in God’s peace with no time constraints”
