Parenting teenagers course

This five session course is being run on Thursday evenings through the Community Education programme at Balerno High School from 21 February to 21 March, 7.30pm to 9.30pm, and is led by Pastoral staff from St Mungo’s Church. Talks are on DVD followed by small group discussions and refreshments. There is no expectation that participants will be Christians, and all discussions will be around practical parenting issues. Come as a couple or on your own, whatever your situation.

Parenting teenagers is harder than ever for most parents today, but still it’s the most important role we have in life, because you are the most important influence on your teenager’s future! If you are the parent or carer of one or more children aged between 11 and 18, then this course is for you, whether you feel that all is going well or you are facing challenges. Over the five sessions of the course you will discover practical tools to help you:

- Help to develop your teenagers’ emotional health
